• Fort Norfolk Plaza -- new state-of-the-art class A medical office building located on the Elizabeth River in the Fort Norfolk district. Fort Norfolk Plaza is the first new medical office building in downtown in 40 years.

  • Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center -- a new 124-bed hospital will be constructed by 2014.

  • Lake Taylor Transitional Hospital -- undergoing a $25 million modernization and upgrade of its existing facilities, including the addition of a new building.

Bon Secours continues to move forward with plans to build and open a new 124-bed DePaul by 2014. They will break ground in 2010 on a new medical building that will connect to the new hospital. Sentara Leigh is also undergoing a major expansion.
