Review/scoring process to be conducted by EDA Board Members and employees of the City of Norfolk. The City of Norfolk Economic Development Authority Board of Directors must approve all grant funding requests at their monthly meetings. Application intake will take place starting August 5th and will repeat monthly. First round of applications ends on August 14th.
