BIG IDEA is a 4-week program that helps entrepreneurs turn their business ideas into actual business plans.
Participants will receive an overview of entrepreneurial principles that will help them form real business plans. The program is fast-paced, over just four weeks, and will require a commitment of approximately 4 to 6 hours per week for its duration. The program will end with participants giving 5-minute pitch presentations of their businesses.
Week 1: Introduction to BIG IDEA, Defining Customer Segments, Identifying Problems, and Articulating Solutions
Week 2: Demonstrating Value, Identifying Your Uniqueness, Determining Costs and Revenue, Measuring Success, and Reaching Potential Customers
Week 3: Presentation Preparation – How to give a great pitch
Week 4: Participant Pitches (5min each)
