CAP offers affordable financing solutions to entrepreneurs and small to mid-sized businesses that may not qualify for traditional funding. By addressing financial gaps, it supports business growth and development.
Funded by the City of Norfolk, CAP is available to new, existing, and expanding businesses in need of alternative or gap financing.
