The City of Norfolk is inviting professional real estate development firms to provide insights and respond to a Request for Information (RFI) for potential development at two city-owned sites. These sites are:

1. The former Madison School site, located at 3700 Bowdens Ferry Road, Norfolk, VA 23508, in the Lamberts Point Neighborhood along the Hampton Boulevard Corridor.
2. The former Coronado School site, located at 1025 Widgeon Road, Norfolk, VA 23513, in the Coronado neighborhood within the Sewells Point Corridor.

The City is seeking a prospective development partnership for both sites with the goal of unlocking their full potential and realizing their highest and best use. The City of Norfolk is open to partnerships that are financially beneficial for both parties and align with the City’s long-term objectives.
