The electronic public input forum is now closed.

From August 18, 2021 to November 1, 2021 the City of Norfolk solicited public input on the Military Circle Mall redevelopment proposals under review and received over 1,300 responses. Comments and suggestions will be taken into consideration when shaping the final development plan. We thank everyone who participated in the survey!
